Tips to get a positive mindset and clear a negative mindset

Listen to motivational audios as you get ready each morning
Every morning as I get ready, I listen to motivational audios on utube. First thing in a morning is ideal to do this as your mind is more open to receive the information. Put it in where it suits you though if first thing is not do-able. It may work for you as you do cardio or if you get time mid day. Just get it in consistently - it WILL make a big difference.

Read inspiring books
Reading inspirational books puts you into a positive mindset...business / successful stories / autobiographies.

Write a positive quote every day
Following motivational people online is like having a mentor really. You need to have a look who's out there, find someone you like and can listen to, who you understand easily, someone who feels like they are on the same wavelength. It doesn't necessarily have to be anyone famous. They just need to be positive and someone you can learn from....by writing something positive down has a different effect to just reading.

Before you sleep at night think about everything you are grateful for
Before you go to sleep at night, think about what you are grateful for. Write at least 3 of them down. This will make you feel so much better and you will find good things start happening!
