I am the owner and founder of B-Strong Private Personal Training & Fitness Gym. I am a Private Specialised Personal Trainer and Mentor and Online Coach. I have over 25 years of experience in training and nutrition to the level of competing to British Finals Trained Figure….placing 3rd in 2022. I understand not everyone wants to go to the level that I have…but if I know how to get to competition standard with low body fat %, I sure know how to help you get halfway there.

Anyone who works with me at B-Strong is personally trained and mentored by me until they are to
a satisfactory standard able to coach the B-Strong way.
We have helped numerous clients who have achieved amazing results & continue to lead a happier, healthier life without ever feeling they are on a diet or spending hours on end in the gym!

The way we train is unique and results come much quicker than most methods. We do not starve our clients!…clean, healthy eating is all that is needed using normal food. I believe its so important to still enjoy life with family and friends and be able to socialise and eat and drink things you want.

How it Works

Personally Tailored Programme

Every new client completes an onboarding questionnaire and health form which we then assess and use to design your personalised training programme including clear, correct examples when needed & advise on the best food plan which will balance best alongside.

Weekly Check-in

Every week you check in online, with pictures and measurements so we can see what, if anything needs adapting. Everyone is different, it’s a case of finding out what works best for you. You will receive feedback and progress reviews following your weekly check ins.

Full access to your coach

In between these check ins, your coach is available to answer any questions or concerns online whenever you need them. As you reach your goals, you may then have new goals, which will mean adaptions to plans…we can redesign accordingly.

Firm but understanding support to keep you on track!

We want you to reach your goals of course but we will work around your life so that your training becomes just a part of your regular routine, adaptable and achievable. You may come across things which interfere with your plan such as illness / injury / life issues…just let us know and we will tell you how to work around them.

What you Get.....

Only £180 per month (£45 per week)..around £6 per day!....same as an unnecessary coffee and snack!
