Progress Pictures are the best way to see change and monitor your progress!! Whether you are following a 1200 calorie diet / keto diet / high protein low carb, you should be seeing shape change, especially if you are combining with exercise too. Whatever exercise program you are following…. strength training / hiit training / even walking for weight loss etc – if it’s effective your results should show in your progress pictures.

  • Take them once a month
  • Wear the same or similar fitting clothes
  • Proportion them so you get a true comparison

Results achieved through Consistency and 100% effort over 2 months training with me in PT sessions & attending my local CobraFIT & Boxercise fitness classes. Also of course following my diet advice too, basically eating balanced healthy meals regularly throughout the day.

I don’t need to give full stats…the pics speak for themselves but yes of course weight & measurements have dropped too! I’m sure you will agree, progress pictures are the best way to see change.

There are many diets out there, I would recommend a plan which incorporates high protein foods. A simple meal plan is key. Do not be tempted to follow a fad / crash diet that guarantees to reduce belly fat within a week! Fasting for weight loss is not something I would recommend either.

Find something you can be comfortable with long term – normal healthy eating!
