Next you need to set your actual goal

This is personal to you….it could be weight loss, so specify the amount, or a better goal I think is to go for dress size (you will not feel as stressed thinking like this). It could be you want to get a six pack! Or drop a certain amount of body fat. If its a sporting goal then you need to write down your specifics.

This is when you need to go back to your Reason Why and use that to keep your mind clear and focused. At the end of the day its down to you, but if your reason why is truly strong enough then it will be enough. Mindset motivation is everything – just keep that strong reason why clear. Write what you want down, imagine already having it and how it feels. This is how to stay on track with your diet, how to stay on track with your fitness and smash your goals!
