No banned foods
Nothing is off the table. Restriction is what makes plans collapse, and we would rather you had a workable version you stick to.

Nutrition Coaching
No shakes, no banned lists, and nothing you will quit by the middle of February. Just practical guidance from a coach who holds a postgraduate diploma in nutrition.
The problem
Almost any plan produces a loss for a few weeks, which is precisely why there are so many of them and why they all have testimonials. The difficulty was never starting. It was the eleventh week, the holiday, the bad month at work.
Most plans fail because they were never designed for the life you actually have — the shift pattern, the school run, the fact that somebody else in the house does the cooking. So you follow it, then you cannot, then you conclude you have no willpower.
And training on a diet that is too aggressive is worse than useless. You lose muscle along with fat, your shape ends up softer at a lower weight, and it gets harder to keep off.

How we do it
We begin with what you actually eat and when — not what you think you should be eating. Then we change the smallest number of things that will move the needle, and we change them one at a time.
Because nutrition sits alongside your training here rather than in a separate app, protein and calories are set to support the work you are doing in the gym. That is what protects muscle while body fat comes down.
Lou holds a postgraduate diploma in nutrition, so if your situation is more complicated — a pain condition, a cardiac history, perimenopause, PCOS — the advice you get is properly grounded rather than copied from an infographic.
What you get
Nothing is off the table. Restriction is what makes plans collapse, and we would rather you had a workable version you stick to.
Enough to hold onto muscle while body fat comes down, which is what actually changes your shape.
Shifts, kids, a job that eats your evenings — the plan bends around all of it rather than assuming you are free at six.
High protein, vegan, vegetarian, snacks and summer salads — MyFitnessPal compatible recipe books to take the thinking out of it.
Measurements and progress are reviewed regularly, and the plan changes when your body does.
Postgraduate-level nutrition knowledge on the team, not a weekend certificate and some confidence.
In practice

In their words
“It took a lot for me to book my first class, due to my anxiety, and I am so glad I did. From day one I have felt very welcome. Julia definitely challenges me and makes me feel confident and happy in what I am doing. Going here has helped so much with my mental health.”
Questions
No. We do not sell you a product and then coach around it. If a supplement is genuinely worth taking for your situation we will say so, and you can buy it wherever you like.
