Technique taught properly
Correct form is not a nicety. It is the difference between a movement that builds muscle and one that just tires you out.

Personal Training
Our gym is not open to the public. Two coaches and two clients, maximum, which means you are actually coached for the full hour rather than left to get on with it.
The problem
You join somewhere big. It is busy at exactly the hour you can go. Half the machines are occupied and the other half you are not confident using. Somebody is waiting behind you, so you rush the set, then leave feeling like you did not really do anything.
Six weeks later nothing has changed, and the conclusion you draw is that you are the problem. You are not. That environment would defeat most people, and it defeats most people quietly.
The other version of this is subtler: you have trained for years, consistently, and your shape has not moved. That is almost never effort. It is load, technique and progression that nobody ever taught you.

How we do it
Every session is booked, so the equipment you need is free when you arrive. There is no queue, no audience, and no waiting around while somebody films themselves on the rack you want.
The equipment was chosen deliberately: smooth, fully adjustable machines that let you reach a proper full muscle contraction. That is a large part of why results come faster here than they do elsewhere.
Your coach is with you throughout — correcting technique, setting the load, adjusting the tempo, and explaining why. You leave each session knowing something you did not know when you walked in.
What you get
Correct form is not a nicety. It is the difference between a movement that builds muscle and one that just tires you out.
Most people lift the same weight for years. Your coach manages progression so the stimulus keeps up with you.
Your history, your injuries, your schedule and your goal. Not a template with your name typed at the top.
Nobody is watching, and nobody is waiting. For a lot of our members this is the entire reason they finally started.
Between the team we cover injury rehabilitation, cardiac rehab, pain management, PCOS, endometriosis and the menopause.
Your coach knows your name, your goal and your last session. If you go quiet, you will hear from us.
In practice

In their words
“It took a lot for me to book my first class, due to my anxiety, and I am so glad I did. From day one I have felt very welcome. Julia definitely challenges me and makes me feel confident and happy in what I am doing. Going here has helped so much with my mental health.”
Questions
Most people start with one or two one-to-one sessions a week and fill the rest of the week with small group sessions or their own training. We will give you a straight answer at your consultation based on your goal and your schedule, not on what we would like to sell.
