Want to know the way to see your abs?

I get asked this a lot…..so read on if you want to know the way to see your abs!

I took the below pictures to show you exactly this…….

1st Oct was the day I went on holiday

11th Oct was the day after I came back (9 nights all inclusive!)

23rd Oct was almost 2 weeks of being back on my usual eating and training.

My abs pictures

Its very simple…..

Eating:

My ususal eating pattern is smaller balanced meals of healthy protein, carbs and fats 7 – 8 times per day.

Whilst on holiday, this changed to larger meals (2 – 3 times more than ususal) 4 times per day.

When I returned I got back to my ususal 7 – 8 times and reduced the meal sizes.

Training:

My ususal training is one bodypart per session 5-6 times per week and 3-4 cardio sessions.

On holiday I trained every other day so half the amount and most times trained full body.

A break and blowout is good!

I went away to relax, rest and have a bit of a blowout eating and drinking whatever I fancied! I love eating different foods and trying everything! Its ok to do this sometimes as long as its not too often and you don’t feel deprived of anything. When I get back I feel more focused to get back on track.

Feel comfortable with yourself

I don’t stress if I put on a few lbs or can’t see my abs as I know I can make my body change shape by adapting my eating and training. The more relaxed you are about yourself the easier it will be to achieve results. So don’t get stressed, relax and enjoy yourself when you need to and get re-focused on a plan that works the rest of the time as part of your normal lifestyle.

No one has abs 100% of the time!

At the end of my holiday I still did a swim / pool shoot without abs showing….I feel comfortable with or without them being visible.

So if you want to know the way to see your abs….

In conclusion….get on a plan which works. Make this part of your lifestyle in normal everyday life. Take a break when you can….holidays / rest days / short breaks. Don’t stress about being like anyone else….love your body and concentrate on being fit and healthy – the results will come if you are following a plan which works.
