Have you always wanted to see what your abs look like? Do you want to know how to get 6 packs abs?….If you really want to see your abs, read on, its not as hard as you think.

Your abs are there! Everyone has them, just some are more covered up than others with body fat layers!

First you have to decide you are really going for it and commit to stick to your plan no matter what until they appear!!

You need to combine diet and exercise…..

Different people will give their own opinion on what is best and it really is just finding what works for you.

I can give you my view on what has worked for me and if you want to give it a go then please feel free.

Training

I would advise doing a variety of abdominal exercises throughout the week. Probably aim for 4 -5 days hitting them and 2 days resting out of the 7 day week.

Yes incorporate weight based exercises too to build the muscle better. Ladies, I wouldn’t advise side dumbbell stretches though as these can make your waist appear thicker.

You need to choose exercise which hit your upper, middle and lower abs, also your obliques too.

Incorporating a variety of plank moves too is good…there are many variations. Planking will also strengthen your core and back too which will in turn give you better posture and strength to do other things.

You need to be consistent, give it time, be patient!

Diet

After maybe 8 weeks, then look to increase your cardio and change your diet so you can burn off the excess fat to then reveal those abs you have been working hard on!

You will see in my pictures over 6 months how they gradually came out. I didn’t really change my training that much to be honest or diet as it was pretty clean anyway. During the last month I did incorporate a natural fat burner which definitely helped get the last bit of excess off.

Your six pack diet needs to be small portion sizes and often, keeping carbs under control. Its all about getting the right balance for you.

You could research how to lose belly fat or how to strip fat fast etc but there are no six pack shortcuts! You need to do the exercise so you have the muscles there ready for when the fat is stripped off! So the best way to get a six pack is to train them well and regularly for a good few weeks then carefully re-balance your diet so you can reduce your excess belly fat.

Research best ab exercises or abs workout at gym, so you can get variety, just ensure your form is good.
